Baby Sprouts Photography is a boutique photography studio specializing in Maternity, Newborn and Baby's First Year Photography. Our studio is conveniently located in downtown Redmond next to the Post Office. We serve Redmond and the greater Seattle areas and we are opened by appointment. All portrait sessions include a complimentary consultation. We will discuss your favorite backgrounds and props, and where you would like to hang the portraits. Carmen will then design and create the beautiful portraits and products for your home. Ask us about our popular gallery wrapped canvases and wall grouping collections.

Merited Portrait!
January 19, 2012 Newborn Baby
This newborn baby portrait scored 85 at the Western District PPA Print Competition in 2011 and was awarded a merit. It was exhibited at the 2012 PPA Imaging USA conference! We had a lovely time photographing baby girl H at just 6 days old at our studio. Baby H is such a doll and she is absolutely wonderful to work with. I love how she looks with the little vintage rosette headband and the ruffle diaper cover. Note that all accessories are provided by our studio to create unique baby portraits for our clients. Newborn Session September Special

Announcing our September Special Package on Newborn Session – $600 ($1250 value)
You will receive one custom newborn session at our studio in Redmond for 3-4 hours and 10 edited digital files that you can print up to 8x10s. We will start with a consultation meeting over the phone/email with Carmen to discuss detail such as nusery room color and theme. Carmen will then design and create the custom newborn portraits by incorporating matching props and backgrounds. The newborn package also includes the creative fee to artistically retouch 20-30 images and an in-person viewing and ordering appointment at the studio to help you select the images to order. Each newborn session is a unique experience. Carmen takes the time to sooth the baby to sleep and work slowly to create the precious curled newborn poses.
This newborn package special is for a limited time only. Baby must be within 5-10 days old on the session day to qualify. All sessions must be booked and paid for in August, 2011 (session can be taken at a later time). You will be asked to sign a model release to allow us promoting our work using your baby’s photos. We sometimes take exception for baby who is over 10 days old (e.g baby born early or small). Please email us or call us at 425-318-8068 to inquire. We love photographing this twin baby girls session. Both of these lovely baby girls are 9 months old. The tutu and headbands are absolutely adorable on these two lovely girls. With our gorgeous hand painted floral muslin backgrounds, we create beautiful art portraits to decorate our client’s home. Enjoy the images from the session.

We had a wonderful day displaying our work and meeting new and expectant parents at the Swedish Educational Learning Center this year for the BabyMap event show. Below are snap shot pictures of our booth and the setup. We built this blue wall for the show and we’ve received lots of compliments on the portraits and the display. We had a drawing box for a free portrait session and $100 print credits. Lots of new parents visited our booth. We really enjoy talking to them and telling them all about newborn and baby photography. Looking forward to hearing from you all again with your little ones.

Baby J is our First Year Baby Plan member. Mommy and Daddy brought him in for the last baby session at 12 months old. He is such a big boy now standing and cruising the studio. Time flies so quickly. Thank you for letting me capture the big milestones of his first year.

Please meet baby “C” at 9 days old. He is a very sweet baby boy. He did awesome in his very first newborn photography session at our Redmond Newborn Photography studio. He almost slept through the entire newborn session allowing us to pose him to create previous sleepy baby portraits. Enjoy the photos!
We met baby “L” when she was 8 weeks old at the studio. 8 weeks typically is not a common milestone for baby photography since the baby is not fresh enough for newborn session while is usually too young to be able to lift up her head for 3 months session. Baby girl did very well at her 8 weeks photo shoot. She was very comfy laying on our fur blanket. She lifted up her head for a few seconds when I put her on her tummy. She also took a nap in the second half of the session so I could capture some of her sleepy poses. Baby “L” is a darling to work with and she gave me a lovely smile in her dream. Enjoy the portraits.
