Baby L at 8 weeks – Bellevue and Seattle Newborn Photographer

We met baby “L” when she was 8 weeks old at the studio.  8 weeks typically is not a common milestone for baby photography since the baby is not fresh enough for newborn session while is usually too young to be able to lift up her head for 3 months session.  Baby girl did very well at her 8 weeks photo shoot.  She was very comfy laying on our fur blanket.  She lifted up her head for a few seconds when I put her on her tummy.  She also took a nap in the second half of the session so I could capture some of her sleepy poses.  Baby “L” is a darling to work with and she gave me a lovely smile in her dream.  Enjoy the portraits.

Baby K at 3 months – Redmond Baby Photography

Baby “K” is referred by my photographer colleague Debra.  He visited our studio at 3 months old.  He is a very mellow and sweet baby boy.  I use a blue background for the session with a barn wood looking flooring.  We tried different knitted hats on him.  Mama loves many of the photographs.  We created a beautiful 20×24 Gallery Wrapped canvas to display her favorite portrait from the session in her house.  Enjoy the portraits.

Ms “R” Maternity Session – Bellevue and Redmond Maternity Photographer

We had a private maternity session at our studio with Ms “R”.  Typically a maternity session lasts about 30-45 minutes, with a break in between for mommy to be to rest.  We love using a white background with soft lighting to highlight the beautiful curve of the belly to give an airy feel.  Our studio provides maternity portrait gowns and fabrics for the maternity session.  Mommy may also bring her favorite accessories and outfit to the session to add some variety.  We designed a beautiful 10×10 hard cover coffee table book for Ms “R” to document her beautiful pregnancy.  Enjoy the portraits.

October 5, 2010 · 3 Months Baby

Welcome baby “C” to our studio at 3 months old.  Baby “C” had a photo session taken at a local chain photo studio when she was newborn.  Mommy and Daddy brought her to us for her 3 months session.  At the viewing and ordering appointment, they were so touched by the beautiful photos of their baby girl.  They couldn’t believe their eyes on the photos.  This gorgeous portrait of baby “C” holding her head up with her arms at 3 months is their favorite portrait.  Carmen created a beautiful 20×24 Gallery Wrapped Canvas of this portrait to display on the wall of their home.  We also created a set of lovely desk prints, two other wall portraits and digital copies of the photos from the session for them to keep.  They both appreciate the custom photography and unique portrait experience that we provided.  Enjoy the portraits.

Great to work with

Absolutely Breathtaking

Great photos!
Great photos! Carmen really took her time and care during the session and got great photos for us. Color combinations were great to bring out pops of color in the photos. Really liked the black and white photos as well.

If you have a high expectation and want to get high quality baby pictures, this is the place to go. Carmen is a friendly photographer and she knows exactly how to make your baby poses at his/ her best ways and facial expressions. Indeed, she also provides varieties of costumes and accessories so you could definitely have different background and looks of your baby. The Newborn Whisperer
We were amazed at the photography experience that Carmen provided. She was able to sooth our baby to sleep which isn't an easy task. Her patience with the process was amazing. She had many quality props and options that she played around with which provided us with amazing pictures. This is such a precious time in the life of our little girl that Carmen was able to capture for us.

Amazing!
Carmen, thanks for taking such great care of our seven-day old, Quinn, yesterday. Being a first-time parent of a very young baby, I was instinctually nervous about the session. Within minutes of our arrival, it was obvious, Quinn was safe, happy and even mesmerized by you and your lens. I couldn't believe that you were able to get 1 of 3 hours worth of fully awake shots without a single cry. In fact, Quinn didn't so much as let out a peep, for the entire session. Amazing! After the session, our evening was just as peaceful - she was relaxed and not overly tired, slept great. I know our pictures will be gorgeous; Mike and I can't wait to see them in Oct!

Professional and Fun!
We had an extraordinary experience during our Twin session, work with new born babies is difficult and more if they're two and we were amazed by how good the pictures are and the quality of them. It's something we're really glad we did, babies grow so fast and to keep such a nice set of pictures of them is really priceless. Amazing Photographer, Beautiful Photographs
Carmen photographed both my maternity and newborn sessions, and did an absolutely amazing job. I was feeling huge and not at all photogenic, and Carmen made me look like a model! Photography experience with baby Lena
At only 3 weeks old, Carmen calmly took Lena into her arms and with a few gentle touches and soft words baby Lena was fast asleep ready for her first photo shoot. For the next 3 hours I witnessed Carmen do what she does best and that is to capture the essence and personality of Lena. The photo session was peaceful as Lena slept most of the time. When we where finally able to view the pictures I was in awe. They were so beautify done and the hard part was picking out the ones we wanted to keep from the various poses and styles. Carmen has a vast assortment of hats and props for each photo session and her studio is warm and inviting with many of her works displayed. It gives you a glimpse of what you soon will have with your child and excited to have these precious pieces hanging in your own home.
